The second time I tried to sync it via akonadiconsole and it crashed after a short while (sync progress still shows 0%) - Custom settings of the application: Disconnected imap deactivated I did change some stuff via the webinterface as well, so it might have confused my imap resource (which it should be resilient to anyway).
