Re Pierre's data:image additional point. I can confirm that (for kde 4.10.5 and kde 4.13.3) the addition of images via the to an html signature causes s/mime signing to record an incorrect digest. So the 'pascha' keyword should be used instead of 'easter' in file 'holiday_by_be'. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. In calendar settings choose to show holidays in 'Belarus' 2. Look at 5th and 14th of April 3. Look at 12th and 21st of April Actual Results: You will see that 'Пасха' is at 5th of April and 'Радуница' is at 14th of April. Additionally Adding a vcard (generated via kmail which inserts \r\n as per spec IIRC).
