[Akonadi] [Bug 351824] New: Wrong urls for calendars with german umlauts
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=351824 Bug ID: 351824 Summary: Wrong urls for calendars with german umlauts Product: Akonadi Version: unspecified Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: DAV Resource Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: jefari...@nurfuerspam.de Since the latest update of akonadi (15.08.0) calendars with german umlauts don't sync from my owncloud 8.1 server anymore (might also affect carddav). Since I don't have any idea how to debug akonadi, it simply doesn't work, no error messages visible, I looked at the server logs. It looks like the url encoding doesn't work anymore: ('ö' should encode as %C3%B6, but now its %25c3%25b6. Note that %25 is '%' encoded, it might get encoded twice) Old server-log: w.x.y.z - - [08/Aug/2015:11:25:22 +0200] REPORT /remote.php/caldav/calendars/xyz/pers%C3%B6nlich/ HTTP/1.1 401 303 - Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) KHTML/4.14.10 (like Gecko) Konqueror/4.14 w.x.y.z - xyz [08/Aug/2015:11:25:23 +0200] REPORT /remote.php/caldav/calendars/xyz/pers%C3%B6nlich/ HTTP/1.1 207 166 - Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) KHTML/4.14.10 (like Gecko) Konqueror/4.14 Now: w.x.y.z - - [26/Aug/2015:19:50:13 +0200] REPORT /remote.php/caldav/calendars/xyz/pers%25c3%25b6nlich/ HTTP/1.1 401 303 - Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) KHTML/5.13.0 (like Gecko) Konqueror/5.13 w.x.y.z - xyz [26/Aug/2015:19:50:14 +0200] REPORT /remote.php/caldav/calendars/xyz/pers%25c3%25b6nlich/ HTTP/1.1 404 225 - Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) KHTML/5.13.0 (like Gecko) Konqueror/5.13 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. It starts to download email but just sticks at 0%. I added my own person IMAP server and it works fine, it seems to be isolated to Office 365. Let me know if you need further info. [kmail2] [Bug 347236] kmail crashes while trying to open kontact
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=347236 --- Comment #3 from staka...@freenet.de --- well, in the meanwhile I think it is related to the following. Whenever you create a task inside the plug'in for cose da fare which should be tasklist I think, and you save! it, subsequently it frequently happens that you cannot use kontact at all any more because of this crash. This happens at system startup. The problem never happens spontaneously during use. But once this bug is triggered, Kontact is unusable and remains such. Since I discontinued the use of this plugin, kontakt seems to work reliably again (but only after migrating the emails to a new user in a fresh Kontact setting. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

Since the connection is encrypted (https) it is a bit difficult to send a wireshark dump, but I clearly see on the apache side that all PROPFIND requests are made without credentials: I only see 401 requests.
