[kmail2] [Bug 356373] New: kmail2 crashes when setting the dictionary and selecting "Sticky"

2015-12-07 Thread George Ruinelli via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356373

Bug ID: 356373
Summary: kmail2 crashes when setting the dictionary and
selecting "Sticky"
   Product: kmail2
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Kubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: crash
  Priority: NOR
 Component: composer
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: ca...@ruinelli.ch

In the kmail2 composer, when the entry in the dictionary gets changed and the
flag "sticky" gets checked, kmail will crash the next time the composer gets
opened.

Versions:
KMail 5.0.2
KDE Frameworks 5.15.0
Qt 5.4.2 (built against 5.4.2)
on Kubuntu 15.10

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new KDE suer and log it in
2. Start KMail
3. Open composer ("New" button)
4. Show the dictionary (Menu View > Dictionary)
5. Change the dictionairy, eg. from American English to Australian English
6. On the right side behind the dictionary, check the "Sticky" flag
7. Close the composer (no saving required)
8. Open composer ("New" button)
=> Kmail will crash

Actual Results:
kmail crashes

Expected Results:
kmail does not crash, selected dictionary gets set as default.

[Akonadi] [Bug 356367] New: Google Calendar's Repeated events not correctly updated

2015-12-07 Thread Matti Kettunen via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356367

Bug ID: 356367
Summary: Google Calendar's Repeated events not correctly
updated
   Product: Akonadi
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Other
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal
  Priority: NOR
 Component: Google Resource
  Assignee: dvra...@kde.org
  Reporter: matti.kettu...@gmail.com
CC: kdepim-bugs@kde.org

If there are repeated events in Google Calendar and one of them is changed,
some or all the events disappear in KOrganizer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new event in Google Calendar and make it repeated X times (Update
KOrganizer to check that events you just created are visible)
2. Change only ONE of the repeated events in Google Calendar (After editing
Google Calendar asks: "Would you like to change this event only, all events in
the series or this and all following events in the series?" Click: "Only this
event")
3. Update KOrganizer

Actual Results:
Repeated events, or at least some of them, disappear in KOrganizer. In Google
Calendar everything is ok.

Expected Results:
All the repeated events should be visible and one of them should have been
updated.

If modifications are applied to all the repeated events in Google Calendar they
are updated correctly in KOrganizer.
If the "not functioning" Google Calendar is exported to file and imported to
KOrganizer events are correctly displayed.

Sorry for the late reply. Now I understand why I wasn't able to provide the
kmail2 version info itself - it's because the bug ticket's version drop-down
has 4.14.7 as highest version for product = kmail2.

The KDE Mail version I'm using is 5.0.2

Thank you.
