[kmail2] [Bug 356507] Reply wraps at ~80 chars no matter what settings are set

2015-12-11 Thread Ovidiu-Florin BOGDAN via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356507

--- Comment #1 from Ovidiu-Florin BOGDAN  ---
If any text is selected, thus quoting just the selected text, then the wrapping
does not happen, when set not to happen.

[kontact] [Bug 356508] New: Kontact crashes when requesting close

2015-12-11 Thread Mark Stanton via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356508

Bug ID: 356508
   Summary: Kontact crashes when requesting close
   Product: kontact
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Keywords: drkonqi
  Severity: crash
  Priority: NOR
 Component: general
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: m...@vowleyfarm.co.uk

Application: kontact (4.14.10)
KDE Platform Version: 4.14.14
Qt Version: 4.8.6
Operating System: Linux 4.2.6-201.fc22.x86_64 x86_64
Distribution: "Fedora release 22 (Twenty Two)"

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Closing Kontact (using close icon at top right of window) because it seemed to
have gone out of control. It was using around 50% cpu most of the time without
any visible cause.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:

A very (very) large number of emails appear as "popup notes" in the "overview"
section of Kontact, although they don't appear in the popup notes section.
I was looking for a way to remove them, until Kontact seemed to go wild.

multipart emails with HTML content and no text content do not display anything
in the message window

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. receive/load multipart email

HTML version of the email to properly display

Actual Results:
blank message window displayed

Expected Results:

 1. html version displayed instead
 2. notification about empty text/plain section is displayed

[Akonadi] [Bug 356518] New: Akonadi wrong storage (Sqlite) configuration via UI in 4:15.08.2-ubuntu1

2015-12-11 Thread via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=356518

Bug ID: 356518
   Summary: Akonadi wrong storage (Sqlite) configuration via UI
in 4:15.08.2-ubuntu1
   Product: Akonadi
   Version: unspecified
  Platform: Kubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: major
  Priority: NOR
 Component: server
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: zx_mas...@mail.ru

I'm not able to switch to Sqlite data source via Akonadi configuration UI.
It does not save my settings and shows me always MySQL source when I close and
reopen configuration UI.

It makes some changes in akonadiserverrc BUT it does not help - it can not
start with Sqlite dataseource.

Looks like it also write wrong information in
~/.config/akonadi/akonadiserverrc
After I submit new settings via UI it changes file content like this:
[Debug]
Tracer=null
[%General]
Driver=QSQLITE3
[QMYSQL]
..
[QPSQL]
.
[SQLITE]
Name=akonadi

BUT IN ORDER TO GET IT WORK I have to alter this configuration by
removig:
[SQLITE]
Name=akonadi

And replace it with:
[QSQLITE3]
Name=/home/mylogin/.local/share/akonadi/akonadi.db

PLUS after several config updates via UI I've found multiple records in
akonadiserverrc:
[%General]
Driver=QSQLITE3
[%General]
Driver=QSQLITE3

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
I'm use russian locale but hope that this is not related.
1. Open Akonadi server configuration
2. Switch to SQLite source
3. Close Configuration window
4. Open it again

Actual Results:
Configuration shows me MySql as source for Akonadi

Expected Results:
It must show me SQLite related configuration
