[kmail2] [Bug 351861] bad error message when S/MIME crl's are not reachable

2016-03-07 Thread Pavel via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=351861

I have to add that even though CRL URL is reachable in terms of network
connection (I can download it with wget), there are still problems with using
S/MIME in KMail when "Never consult a CRL" is unchecked.

I also mistyped in my previous comment: "uncheck" -> "check".

I also have a problem with this in Plasma 5 (Frameworks 5.19.0, Plasma 5.5.5,
Apps 15.12.1) until I uncheck the checkbox you mentioned ("Never consult a
CRL").

In one distrubution (Gentoo), at some times I couldn't re-select my certificate
in KMail's Identity Settings and in email list it will show that it couldn't
check signature (even though Kleopatra shows this cert as valid if I click on
its fingerprint in KMail).

In Arch I can't even select the certificate in Identity settings — a popup
window is shown which is on display forever, until I click Cancel.

I agree CRL handling must be done better.

[kmail2] [Bug 360194] New: Archiving takes current date, not date of messages

2016-03-07 Thread Florian Lindner via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=360194

Bug ID: 360194
Summary: Archiving takes current date, not date of messages
   Product: kmail2
   Version: 5.1
  Platform: Archlinux Packages
   URL: https://forum.kde.org/viewtopic.php?f=215&t=131413&p=3

OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: minor
  Priority: NOR
 Component: commands and actions
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: florian.lind...@xgm.de

When KMail set to archive to a yearly folder, it archives messages based on the
current date, not on the message's date.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up the IMAP account to archive messages to a folder named after a year.
2. Archive a message from last year.

Actual Results:
Archival is done based on current date.

Expected Results:
Archival should be done based on message's date.
