[kmail2] [Bug 362958] After update KMail not interpreting Invite Emails

2016-06-06 Thread Craig via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362958

Hey Eric,
You are the man thank you for checking that out and sounds like a mistake
during tagging, hopefully we hear something from the KDE team soon as this is a
MAJOR feature and requirement for business, has been causing a ton of issues
and extra work for our small office as we decided to make the move to KDE
across the board and surprised this snuck past as first major issue we've had -
bummer such a major one for us.

[kmail2] [Bug 363723] Kmail crashes when "Server supports sieve" enabled

2016-06-06 Thread Justin T . Frisch via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=363723

Adding the section

[siever]
SieveSupport=false

to the newly created akonadi_imap_resource_5rc file in ~/.config solved the
problem.
Apparently the creation of a new imap resource missed adding this necessary
section.

I experienced the same problem here.

I was able to "fix" it by choosing a different theme in View->Message
List->Theme and then switching back to the original one.
As I do not have the problem any more now, it would seem to me that somehow
that setting got corrupted/imported incorrectly by the updated version...

[kmail2] [Bug 355782] New messages tray icon using oxygen theme

2016-06-06 Thread via KDE Bugzilla
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=355782

a.skemb...@gmail.com changed:

   What|Removed |Added

 CC||a.skemb...@gmail.com

I know this will sound very annoying, but is it possible to find an alternative
to this icon?

The icon is used in dark themes, which means it will have a dark background.
However, with the overlay of the number of new emails, you have a number being
overlayed over a dark background on top of the white envelope. I have tried all
View-link colours I could think of, but no combination makes the number of new
emails particularly readable.

I have two suggestions for this:

1) Either leave the centre of the envelope "empty", so that the numbers are
overlayed over just the dark background, and light-coloured links are visible
or
2) Make the icon solid and light-coloured (as was the oxygen icon), so that at
least dark coloured links are visible.

Hope this helps.
