For Akregator I reported this as:

[akregator] [Bug 361588] New: Text of articles from certain websites displayed
way too small
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=361588

and it still happens with 4:16.04.3-2 (nothing newer packaged in Debian so
far. KDEPIM 16.08 waiting for qtwebengine package to be finalized).

Thanks

   Summary: Scrollbars not themed correctly
   Product: kmail2

  Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
  Severity: normal

 Component: general
  Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org
  Reporter: nortex...@gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

The scrollbars have their own theme and do not adopt e.g. the default Breeze
theme. For example, they are not rounded on the ends and on hover-over with
cursor, they do not change to blue (default Breeze color scheme), but rather
change to a darker gray. This is true of both the composer and message view
windows (and message pane).
