[kcalcore] [Bug 376772] Support progress for large ical files
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376772 --- Comment #2 from Michael Mol --- Sure. Since I generated the file, I can almost certainly generate a lorem ipsum version to reproduce. [kcalcore] [Bug 376772] New: Support progress for large ical files
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376772 Bug ID: 376772 Summary: Support progress for large ical files Product: kcalcore Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: mike...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- I have an ical file that weighs in at 1,522,206 lines, 667,649 words, 85,057,057 bytes. It takes ages to import into Kontact 5.2.3 on my laptop. In fact, I'm not sure how long it takes; I let it run overnight, and it didn't complete on that machine. I had to xkill Kontact and refresh the calendar. I'm seeing both baloo_file_extractor and kontact each pegging a core. Despite this, I had no progress indication available from Kontact while it was refreshing the calendar. My IMAP inboxes, I see update information for, but not this calendar. It would be supremely helpful to have an idea of its progress. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[kmail2] [Bug 375149] Kmail deletes emails from folder after switching to folder
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375149 --- Comment #11 from tprotopope...@gmail.com --- I tried removing the mail filter agent, through akonadi console, and starting again with filters. Unfortunately this did not work in two respects. 1) after defining a new filter and running it for the first time messages not supposed to be moved were moved. 2) subsequently no new messages which should be moved according to the filter rule are moved. Applying the filter manually works only sometimes! So the mail filter agent is broken in two ways, it either does too much or too little. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
