[kmail2] [Bug 377743] KMail 2 - If more than one Identity, Reply All only includes one target address

2017-03-30 Thread Don Curtis
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377743

Given that this issue occurs only when testing with multiple identities on a
single KMail2 client and, that with "normal" email traffic with multiple
recipients this issue doesn't arise, please mark this Bug Report as being
invalid and closed.

[kmail2] [Bug 377743] KMail 2 - If more than one Identity, Reply All only includes one target address

The described behaviour only occurs when testing with multiple e-Mail
identities configured in a single KMail2 client.

If "Reply All" is executed on an incoming e-Mail with multiple recipients and,
only one of those recipients is a member of the KMail2 client's identities
then, "Replay All" works as expected.

Possibly the explanation given by Laurent Montel to the Bug 377744 is also
relevant to this Bug Report.

[Akonadi] [Bug 377985] I have 2 emails in outbox that I cannot delete

2017-03-30 Thread Steve
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=377985

It happened again.

Mar 30 12:03:15 x2 akonadi_mixedmaildir_resource: "Given item identifier is
empty"
Mar 30 12:03:15 x2 akonadi_mixedmaildir_resource: Item(remoteId= "" , mimeType=
"message/rfc822" , parentCollection= "outbox" )
Mar 30 12:03:15 x2 akonadi_mixedmaildir_resource: log_mixedmaildirresource:
"Given item identifier is empty"

It seems to always be 2 emails. They were both sent yesterday. But today they
show up in my outbox. I can't delete them.

randomly, sometimes the columns are very tight, sometimes wider.

stored in the defined folder for this identity, but in 'local folders/sendmail'

I starting to think this bug happens because of an unrelated reason. I guess I
would wait for updates to filter down the next few days. D'oh. My bug/noise

Other notes:

I did create a new kde user account and kmail does not crash when opened. I did
not bother adding my account

I think this regression happen after a complete update a few days ago. I
basically update every week.

I dont not feel like testing Xorg because logout is pretty broken on wayland
currently

Just got bitten by this, Kmail 5.4.3 Fedora rpms, latest updates installed
yesterday.

This bug is 16 years old:
bug 20328 2001-02-12 Identity settings do not work when sending mail
bug 121738 2006-02-11 Wrong identity selected on "New Message"
bug 279504 2011-08-06 reply to does not use selected user identity (this
report)

Having different roles in business environment is essential. Having them
leaking to wrong parters is really embarrasing.
