Well, friends  I just managed to solve on my Linux KDu4 ... restoring the
/home/user/.config/ entire folder, and then firefox, dolphin, terminal and all
other windows returned to the menu bar and I had to reconfigure just a few
details of the taskbar, I'll try to find out which folder are the ones
responsible, but it's there inside the .config

Locale and working week boxes do not address the problem.

I am attempting to decrypt a file.  The decryption process proceeds to 100% and
then Kleopatra crashes with the following:

Runtime Error!

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
