[kmail2] [Bug 393519] New: Add support for mail delivery confirmations
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393519 Bug ID: 393519 Summary: Add support for mail delivery confirmations Product: kmail2 Version: Git (master) Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: composer Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: k...@kdex.de Target Milestone: --- In case the title is unclear, note that there is a significant difference between "read confirmation" and "delivery confirmation". As it stands, kmail only supports the former. You can activate it on a per-message basis by enabling [Composer] -> [Options] -> [Request Disposition Notification]. You can also enable it holistically in the settings. This issue requests the addition of the latter. This would imply that the following is implemented: - [Composer] -> [Options] -> [Request Delivery Confirmation] - [Kmail] -> [Settings] -> [Composer] -> [Automatically request message delivery notifications] This has also been discussed to some degree over at #88988 for kmail 1, but has never been resolved due to formal faults (it appears). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[Akonadi] [Bug 390798] Akonadi EWS failed to authenticate with Exchange Server
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390798 --- Comment #8 from Anders Bolager --- Christian, that may well be true. I've added some information to that bug. After manually inserting the password into kwallet (and seeing it showing up in the configuration GUI) I still cannot fetch the folder list. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[Akonadi] [Bug 393002] Akonadi-ews does not save password in kwallet
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393002 Anders Bolager changed: What|Removed |Added CC||and...@bolager.com --- Comment #1 from Anders Bolager --- It seems I have the same issue. After I examined the kwallet at work (with an older version of akonadi and the ews client), I found that if I entered an entry "akonadi_ews_resourceXrc"* to the akonadi-ews main entry in kwallet, the password field in the configuration is filled out. I still get an 401 error when trying to fetch the folder list. * Where X is the resource number -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[Akonadi] [Bug 393515] New: Akonadi is resyncing inbox on each action on message/folder
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393515 Bug ID: 393515 Summary: Akonadi is resyncing inbox on each action on message/folder Product: Akonadi Version: unspecified Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: IMAP resource Assignee: chrig...@fastmail.fm Reporter: j...@holodeck1.com CC: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Target Milestone: --- Akonadi started behaving strangely at some point. Before I could just mark a message as (un)read and it would just update the item status. But now when I do this it always triggers a full resync of inbox folder. And this can take a long time since there are almost 86000 messages in folder. The same happens if I mark message as spam or delete a message or receive a new message or do anything to change the status of inbox folder or message in it. I tried restarting Akonadi and computer but it looks like Akonadi is just stuck in this full resyncing mode. Oh and the version that akonadiconsole reports is 5.7.3 and I have KDE Applications 17.12.3 installed. KDE Frameworks is 5.45.0, Qt is 5.10.0 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=390798 --- Comment #7 from Christian --- Anders, the behaviour you mentioned with the password not being stored sounds more like bug 393002, not this bug (where the password is stored but EWS fails to connect). -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[korganizer] [Bug 305849] KOrganizer monthly view cannot scroll week by week
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305849 --- Comment #9 from Joachim Wagner --- Reading my old comment #5 an alternative to implementing smooth scrolling would be to allow the user to change the number of displayed weeks. If 8 weeks were shown I could now see all the way to the 20th of May, instead of just to the 6th of May. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[korganizer] [Bug 305849] KOrganizer monthly view cannot scroll week by week
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=305849 --- Comment #8 from Joachim Wagner --- Kontact is a container. The relevant project is KOrganizer and https://cgit.kde.org/korganizer.git/log/ shows some activity. It seems that the developers rate this feature request just high enough to not close it with "won't fix". I'm sure a patch from the community will be appreciated. It's in the nature of the application that the users who suffer the most from this missing feature do not have the time to implement it. Workaround: Use the agenda view, select 2-3 weeks and drag the separator as far left as possible. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmail2] [Bug 393489] New: Search folders are not updating in 18.04
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=393489 Bug ID: 393489 Summary: Search folders are not updating in 18.04 Product: kmail2 Version: unspecified Platform: Archlinux Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: search Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: pieter.da...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- Since I upgraded to the 18.04 applications release, search folders stopped updating automatically (I have one with the unread messages from different IMAP accounts, which contains none of the messages I received since the upgrade, while some of the messages from before are marked as read but still there). I tried to mark some messages as "unread" and then as "read" again, which has helped in the past, but that did not do the trick this time. Redoing the search through the dialog gives the same results. The quick filter for "unread" inside separate folders does seem to work fine. Please let me know if you need any more information. Thanks in advance! -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
