When I get more information, I will post here. To my knowledge, it doesn't matter which folder it is from. The notifier works even though it is disabled, I can turn it on and off again to see what happens but I think I've done that before. One side effect I have noticed though, is that affected folders ends up being redownloaded frequently as the number of messages doesn't match upstream, but the duplicates are not deleted during the sync, so it happens again and again.
