There is a combo box below the last entry field which in English says "Display" (sorry, I don't know what the German equivalent would be) and has options for short name, full name, reverse name with comma etc. There are some problems with ths combo box - it does not update when the names are edited and, for an initially blank dialogue, when not dropped down it is tiny and blank - but that is a separate issue.
