you use pim-setting-exporter for importing/exporting settings/data etc.
you open it for importing all on new computer.

That's exactly my point. There's not seamless, easy way to one-click export
everything to a single compressed file and one-click re-import everything to a
new Kontact install.

Workaround wasn't working for me:

piorek@dreadnought ~ $ mysql_upgrade
--socket=/tmp/akonadi-piorek.XX/mysql.socket
Version check failed. Got the following error when calling the 'mysql' command
line client
ERROR 1049 (42000): Unknown database 'mysql'
FATAL ERROR: Upgrade failed

Had to create DB mysql first (CREATE DATABASE mysql;). This fixed the problem
and upgrade succeeded. Looks like KMail is working fine so far.

immediately when starting akonadi (e.g. on login or manually "aconadictl
start")
the /usr/bin/akonadi_davgroupware_resource crashes with the following

The server for the dav_groupware is a nextcloud server, syncing calendar and
contacts. It worked until recently with KDE 17.04

this is not a new bug.

there were same bug with 15.0  19.04.(0-1)and Wolfgang Bauer supplied an rpm in
his opensuse repo which fixed it. i am surprise it is not fixed with 19.04.2

i must retrive the report i sent in the past.
