[kontact] [Bug 399695] 2 occurrences of "anniversary"

2020-11-21 Thread Philippe ROUBACH
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=399695

i understand where is the problem.

Even if you disable kde "anniversary calendar" then anniversaries from this
calendar are displayed in kontact summary or others places as clock window
(when you click on the clock)

You must delete "anniversary calendar" according to display only Google
calendar anniversary.

[kmail2] [Bug 429393] HTML email "leaks" styles into headers

2020-11-21 Thread Jonathan Marten
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=429393

Jonathan Marten changed:

   What|Removed |Added

 CC||j...@keelhaul.me.uk

See also bug 317177 for fancy headers.

This is obviously a general problem where any conflicting CSS included in a
HTML message body could leak out into the header display. It may even be
possible for a malicious message to hide or change header information, thus
becoming a security risk. This cannot be worked around by filtering styles
used by the header out of the message CSS, because KMail cannot know what style
elements the header may use - it may have been written by the user or
downloaded.

Would it be possible to "sandbox" the message HTML isolated from the header -
maybe within an iframe or similar element?

I think this is likely the intended process. If you are using a desktop you
generally use the GUI to call a shutdown or reboot. Any other ways of calling
it aren't telling applications to close gracefully.

This doesn't feel like a bug, more of a feature request, so I've moved it to
the wishist priority.
