Thank you for coming back on this reported issue. I still can reproduce. When
starting from Konsole, I get the following message:

Same here.
After adding a new IMAP resource and switching them to trash folder at the IMAP
instance, kmail crashes.
"Could not create collection trash, resourceId 4"

Thanks for the info, I should have realized that. And I tried plasma-desktop,
which indeed does not have the problem.
