Are you able to test with some other calendar client? It's Nextcloud, and it works with Evolution and GNOME Online Accounts, as well as with DAVx5 on Android. Even though the logs suggest that this is a problem with the calendar synchronization I opened this bug for kmail because the error messages belong to kmail. OBSERVED RESULT Sometimes my complete desktop gets filled with error messages, because a not existing calendar item can not be deleted. These windows open almost simultaneously.
