[kmailtransport] [Bug 443130] New: smtp password is not updated if modified after first time setup
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=443130 Bug ID: 443130 Summary: smtp password is not updated if modified after first time setup Product: kmailtransport Version: 5.18.1 Platform: Other OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: wilder...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY Setting up a new smtp resource works correctly, and the password is stored for subsequent usage. However, if I modify the password using the UI, the old password is still used to try to make a connection. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. setup a new smtp account, storing the password 2. check: the account works correctly; 3. modify the password in the configuration options OBSERVED RESULT the old password is still used for communicating with the smtp server. EXPECTED RESULT the new password should be used for communicating with the smtp server. [kmail2] [Bug 381392] When changing outgoing identity on replying, signature is not updated
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=381392 --- Comment #5 from Jacopo De Simoi <wilder...@gmail.com> --- A weird bug was introduced by this commit. I have not yet found a proper way to reproduce, but flipping through my identities (which may or may not have signatures) now occasionally removes *all* whitespace from the body of the email. Does this sound familiar? Otherwise I'll try to figure out a way to reproduce -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[kmail2] [Bug 392143] [regression] ”Save attachments…” is not offered anymore if multiple messages are selected
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=392143 --- Comment #4 from Jacopo De Simoi <wilder...@gmail.com> --- I am afraid I am not doing anything too strange. In the message list, when only one message is selected, the context menu (right click) provides the option Save attachments…; as soon as one more message is selected, the option is hidden (sometimes with a noticeable delay so that I can actually see it in the context menu for a split second before disappearing) I tried to debug it myself, but I have an hard time understanding where, in the source, the action is added to the context menu. I could only find “Save attachments” in src/searchdialog/searchwindow.cpp:241, but this is unrelated. If you point me to the method where the actions are updated, I can have a look myself Thanks for your time -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
