On a clean installation of kubuntu 16.04 akonadi won't start.
The initial creation of the mysql database fails.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean install of kubuntu 16.04 beta release
2. Start akonadi from the cli using 'akonadictl start'

Actual Results:  
initial start fails
akonadi is not usable at all

Expected Results:  
initial start of akonadi and be able to set up ressources

After changing "[Spelling]Language=de_DE_frami" into "[Spelling]Language=de_DE"
in the .config/kmail2rc file, it seems like I can compose new emails.
As I have change some other things on the system at this time, I'm not really
sure if this was causing the crashing of KMail.
Maybe Ramon can confirm this?

I have installed hspell and created symlinks for de-DE and replaced
hunspell-de-de-frami packed with hunspell-de-de:
sudo ln -s /usr/share/hunspell/de_DE.dic /usr/share/hunspell/de-DE.dic
sudo ln -s /usr/share/hunspell/de_DE.aff /usr/share/hunspell/de-DE.aff
