Have a look at the attached screenshot. As you can see in ksysguard the kontact process is running - so when launching it in the terminal, it is supposed to switch to the window, but nothing comes up (in the same way, clicking "show application window" in ksysguard does nothing). After killing the process, kontacts starts without problem. Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: Try launching kontact. Actual Results: Nothing happens Expected Results: The application window should be shown if the process is running. The resource is still shown as ready and synchronization with akonadi console does not help. After creating the account it is synced and works properly for a few hours. After that, I start getting a akonadi_davgroupware_resource crash whenever I try to access contact data (mainly when opening Kaddressbook). Sometimes I cannot see contacts at all, and the addressbook icon is shown as a loading animation instead of the actual icon. I'm currently compiling kde with debug symbols, so I'll be able to provide more details soon. For now, these are the last 1000 lines from my ~.xsession-errors (note how many requests are made to the owncloud server.
