For adding any account, I guess the users are required to use the account wizard found under Tools menu. From there on the accounts and all settings w.r.t setting up the account works. However, if one needs to make any change to the account, one cannot select the account to be modified and click on 'Modify' in 'Configure Kmail' menu. Dialog box to tweak the account settings does not appear when once clicks on 'Modify'.
