STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add T-Online carddav with https://spica.t-online.de/spica-contacts/carddav
as adress
2. Add a Contact in Webspace
3. Let it automatical sync

OBSERVED RESULT

Kaddressbook doesnt fetch Contacts, but upload new Contacts

EXPECTED RESULT

Kaddressbook fetch Contacts and upload Contacts
