[kaddressbook] [Bug 267461] When using external voip software, on contacts actions, the phone number needs country code
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=267461 Michael Skiba changed: What|Removed |Added CC||opensou...@michael-skiba.de --- Comment #1 from Michael Skiba --- I think this lies in the responsibility of the user to add the country code (cellphones usually need it too). However we could try to create a UI, that makes it easier for the user to enter those details. Like +(country code) (area code) (number)[(-DID)] -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 298756] New: KAB calculates wrong age
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=298756 Bug ID: 298756 Severity: normal Version: unspecified Priority: NOR CC: to...@kde.org Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Summary: KAB calculates wrong age Classification: Unclassified OS: Linux Reporter: opensou...@michael-skiba.de Hardware: Other Status: UNCONFIRMED Component: general Product: kaddressbook I got two (test) entries in my addressbook: First person: Birthday on 15.05.1990 (age 21) Second person: Birthday on 29.04.1991 (age 21) But that's definitely wrong, but I don't know why it does that. Does KAB calculate birthdays on a month-year basis? That's not a cool solution for an PIM application if you ask me (after all there's about a 1:24 chance that it displays the wrong age) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add two new entries 2. Select the dates given above as date of birth 3. Check the age displayed in the "preview" Panel Actual Results: First person: Birthday on 15.05.1990 (age 21) Second person: Birthday on 29.04.1991 (age 21) Expected Results: First person: Birthday on 15.05.1990 (age 21) Second person: Birthday on 29.04.1991 (age 20) Version 4.8.2 -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 293717] New: Inconsistent description categories vs. tag
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293717 Summary: Inconsistent description categories vs. tag Product: kaddressbook Version: unspecified Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: minor Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: opensou...@michael-skiba.de CC: to...@kde.org Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.8.0) OS:Linux This is a problem introduced through nepomuk I guess: While the "vCard-View" (where you edit the personal details of your contact) says "Categories: ___ ...", when you click on the button behind the label to actually add a category it says Tag (which is the nepomuk default) Actually this is not a problem for me and is at best a cosmetic problem I just wanted to mention it, since I stumbled upon it. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Cosmetic bug - no additional details Actual Results: Cosmetic bug - no additional details Expected Results: Cosmetic bug - no additional details Cosmetic bug - no additional details -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 293715] New: Categories are not shown
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=293715 Summary: Categories are not shown Product: kaddressbook Version: unspecified Platform: Ubuntu Packages OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs@kde.org ReportedBy: opensou...@michael-skiba.de CC: to...@kde.org Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.8.0) OS:Linux When I assign a category it's not visible, resp. shows an nepomuk URI. Also it's not possible to delete an assigned category. It is very well possible that this is a nepomuk bug: When I assign a tag to a folder, it shows just it's nepomuk URI. But there I can delete the assignment. Please move this bug report if necessary Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: See the picture Actual Results: See the picture Expected Results: Show categories/tags instead of nepomuk URI -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Bug 34681] searching PGP encrypted messages
--- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug, or are watching the assignee. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34681 --- Additional Comments From michael michael-skiba de 2007-11-24 23:36 --- But you do realize, that your crypted partition is vulnerable during the time it's in use? (i.e. for root-kits or trojaners, even a hacked ssh login) So in my opinion there should be any option(if not already existing) that let the user choose between: [ ] store encrypted mails encrypted [ ] store encrypted mails unencrypted The first one wouldn't support search, the last one would. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
