I'm having same problems with SMIME signed emails from my bank. Saving message and trying to verify using: openssl smime -verify -in filename.txt fails. When I try to verify the save the same message saved from gmail it is successful. The difference that seems significant in this case are extra newlines added before part separators. I tried owncloud and radicale, both trigger the problem (I use https encryption, if it makes any difference). • Create a task in the TODO view. Save it (all went well now). • Double-click the task and edit it (for example add some text to the content of the task, but any editation seems to trigger it). • Try hitting the Ok. A message box with the above error pops up. Trying yes on the box shows it again without luck. Trying no returns you to the edit dialog. You can abort the changes, but not save. Actual Results: I can't save the TODO. Expected Results: The new version is saved and uploaded to the server in the background. Stopping akonadi by „akonadictl stop“ and starting it again makes it work once more. I can edit and save the same task once. Emails are shown in threads. When going through mailing lists I click on first email and press key shortcut to mark whole thread as read. When I mark thread as read before email in that thread I've clicked on is downloaded, I get question that conflict was found and whether I want to keep left/right/both. It's not difficult to trigger this behaviour, because I have to wait for download to finish if I want avoid that conflict question. Anyway I clicked on use left and then kontact crashed. If somebody wrote email using these characters I need to know that mail was written with subject e.g. čťžýá. It's easier to search only for ctzya.
