If you say "widget" I am really wondering what Knotes widget you talk about, I have no such thing, only 3 different "*note*" widgets, and I have a full KDE 4.14.2 installation. There are currently 3 widgets having the word "notes" in it, one is "leave a note", one is just "Notes" and there is "Akonode", none of those is KNotes which is a part of the KDE PIM package. So how can I get my data in Knotes back and still have the app show in the SystemTray? Seems that there must be a setting in $HOME/.kde/share/apps/knotes/ causing that, no idea which one, though.
