[kmail2] [Bug 419872] IMAP Account doesn't show in account's list

2020-04-09 Thread Sergey Y. Afonin
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=419872

I found the cause. It is the "Enable server-side subscriptions" checkbox which
enabled by default in my case. The account turned out to be without
subscriptions. Is it better to show these accounts maybe?

YES !! It's a message with valid date ! :-) I'm not very good writing in
English. Maybe I'm writing something wrong ? :-(

The problem occurs when _other_ messages with the wrong date contains in
folder. Sometimes a random message(s) with the correct date appears in a sorted
list of messages in the group of messages with realy "Date Unknown". The
problem does not occur if all the messages with the wrong date removed.

I think the problem is not the E-Mail. The problem is the presence of other
E-Mail, which contain the wrong field Date. If them removed all shows normally.
Perhaps the memory of some the dynamic variable is not released...

--- Comment #1 from Sergey Y. Afonin 2008-09-29 16:44:47 ---
Hm... This is content-depended...
I found one folder with 16241 messages and this folder is processed quickly.
(but more slowly, than KMAil/KDE3 just the same).
