- What I was doing when the application crashed:starting kmail from terminal
window.
Before i shut it down it was fetching email but never finished. For a long time
kmail would display a blue screen saying wait each time i entered the inbox.
Akonadi would always say it is running and everything is reported ok.

The crash can be reproduced sometimes.

this is a crash report created as the first thing to do after the crash

Kmail will crash when you try to do preview on e-mails, open an e-mail or other
normal use of your e-mail program. All function in kmail works until it
crashes. This can take everything from 15 sec. to 3-4 minutes and it will
crash.

I dont think it is a bug in the filtering part. This will also happend when you
are reading an e-mail as well. What is used is highlighting the e-mail and read
it in the preview pan.
