I have upgrade xdg-utils to last version (kde frameworks repo in Opensuse)-> v1.20.XX. links started to work. I can configure Google resources again. In my case: /usr/share/icons/breeze/actions/22/mail-mark-unread-new.svg I guess 22 because of my screen size.
