The only hint that the authentication has failed is the account status in the Kmail config in Accounts in Incoming. And that only if you have that window open and in focus while you trigger the fetch mail on that account (which you can't do form that window). STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect KMail to a MS Office 365 account 2. Read emails 3. Change password to the account (don't update the password in KMail, yet) 4. One unusual thing I did that might have triggered it: I was experimenting a workaround for https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=400730 and took KMail in offline mode, then synced only one account (not the EWS one). IIRC since then I couldn't get any new emails, not read the unread ones I already had locally. I have brought KMail back to online mode, and restarted everything. I also tried removing the entry for this resource from KWallet, to trigger a re-login. It behaves like everything is ok, but just doesn't fetch any new mails. After removing and re-adding the EWS resource (Deleted and added it again from KMail) it works as usual. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

If the invite is accepted through Google web interface (Calendar web interface), the event is added to the calendar (visible in KOrganizer), and the notifications are present. PREREQUISITES: * 2 Google accounts (A and B) * Account B registered in KMail and KOrganizer, to see it's emails and calendar STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Create an event in Google Calendar (web view) with account A and send an invite to account B 2. From KMail in account B accept the invite to the event (which will ask you to choose a calendar) 3. Choose the main account calendar OBSERVED RESULT The event is added to the calendar, but the notifications for the event are not set (empty). The notifications are visible on the Google calendar web interface. Adding notifications through the web interface does not add them locally. Adding them locally, duplicates the event. If the event is moved and I accept the change, the event is duplicated again. This results in both me and the other event guests seeing the event twice or more. The original event is organized by the organizer, and the rest are organized by me. Choose the main account calendar OBSERVED RESULT Event shows up in the calendar. A duplication of the event shows up in the calendar with account B as the organizer and account A is invited. If the event is altered by account A, and the invite is accepted again, another duplication is created. EXPECTED RESULT A single event to appear in the calendar. [akregator] [Bug 375119] New: Preview Browser does not remember zoom
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375119 Bug ID: 375119 Summary: Preview Browser does not remember zoom Product: akregator Version: GIT (master) Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: internal browser Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: bogdan.miha...@gmx.de Target Milestone: --- Steps to reproduce: 1. Change the zoom level of the preview browser using Ctrl+ or Ctrl- or the Mouse wheel while holding Ctrl pressed. 2. Navigate through the same feed -> Zoom level of Web Browser stays same 3. Navigate to another feed -> Zoom level is reset Expected behavior is to have the zoom level remembered even when changing the feed and not reset. It is interesting because it seems the zoom value itself is remembered between feeds but just not applied to the browser. This can be seen when changing the feed and then again changing the zoom of the browser. Even though the browser shows the page scaled for zoom 0 when changing the zoom it suddenly applies the remembered value and the zoom is modified from that value on. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[akregator] [Bug 375118] New: Opens article in external browser if when 'load full website' option set
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=375118 Bug ID: 375118 Summary: Opens article in external browser if when 'load full website' option set Product: akregator Version: GIT (master) Platform: Neon Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: bogdan.miha...@gmx.de Target Milestone: --- Hi When selecting the option "Load the full website when reading articles" for a particular feed each article gets opened in the external browser instead of just showing the website in the internal preview browser. This behavior/bug seems to have been introduced in latest browser component related changes as the package from Ubuntu Yaketty (16.04.3-0ubuntu2) does not have the bug. Expected behavior is the old one, i.e. show the full website in the internal preview browser and do not open it in the external browser. Currently it is impossible to have that option "load full website" set as just walking through the list of articles (with e.g. left, right arrow keys) opens up a new tab in the external browser. Also the bug seems to be related to the "Configure Internal Browser Component" settings because whatever is chosen in the "Left Mouse Click" Drop down box as an action, i.e. "Open in Tab/Bakground Tab/External Browser" will be executed when navigating/reading articles in a feed. Above option though is only meant (and was used like that before) when clicking links in the preview browser. The above behavior is not triggered for feeds that do not have "Load the full website when reading articles" option set. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

[kontact] [Bug 344715] New: Simple interface for managing accounts
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=344715 Bug ID: 344715 Summary: Simple interface for managing accounts Product: kontact Version: unspecified Platform: Kubuntu Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: general Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: ovidiu@gmail.com The current interface is split in multiple places from where an account can be managed. This is quite cumbersome for new users and especially for non tech users. Current layout for managing an account: - Separate location with all the identities - Separate location with all the incoming server - Separate location with all the outgoing server - Separate location with the contacts - Separate location with the calendar - Separate location with the tasks For adding an account there's a wizard that helps with that, which in the case of Kolab Groupware it adds all of the above. For other types you'd have to add each one separately. If by any reason there's a need to remove an account or perform certain changes (the server URL has changed) this is incredibly tedious to do, because a user would have to remove/modify each one of those separately, this way providing much confusion amongst users. As an example, Thunderbird groups accounts and each account has a submenu with all of it's settings (identity, incoming and outgoing). We could go one step further and provide full account control from one place, especially for Groupware servers. In the meantime, not removing the possibility to add separate account for each one of those. Maybe even allow multiple resources to one account. Currently our layout is focused on separate resources. My proposition is that we group those resources to accounts, to ease their modification and removal.
