It will let you do it, but the result is missing the IMAP account prefix and the trash folder end up being a local one. Would need the following: - Ability to lock down certain folders (always stay there) - Ability to exclude certain folders (ie spam) from the Favorite list - Parameter for max number of folders in the list - Automatic add of a folder when you use it. At the same time auto remove of the oldest entry of the removable ones. This is implemented in some mailreaders (Exmh) and is very handy when you have many folders and is sorting your inbox or other mailboxes.
