[Bug 160597] kmail IMAP connector fails to work. Repetitive restarts of the program are needed to access mail.

[Bug 160224] Quick search for message list gone
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160224 --- Comment #9 from2009-04-04 12:51:46 --- As far as I understand it after looking at the downstream bug, the original problem was that a method of toggling the quick search bar disappeared and it became more difficult to toggle the quick search bar. It was a downstream bug to make it disabled by default, which confused users. As far as I can see on kmail 1.11.1 on kde 4.2.1, there is no longer a way to deactivate the quick search bar over the message window, so in this sense, this bug could be closed. Perhaps this bug should be converted to a wish, making the quick search bar configurable, allowing it to be switched off. Perhaps the original reporter and/or other people could confirm that this indeed a desired feature? Otherwise we should perhaps just close this bug. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 160215] "Reply to Author" uses "Reply to All" template
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160215 --- Comment #6 from2009-04-04 12:34:22 --- I can reproduce the behaviour descripted by the reporter on kmail 1.11.1 of kde 4.2.1. In particular, it exactly works as described in comment #4. I also think it is a bug. Steps to reproduce: Select a mail sent with multiple addressees in the To: field. Upon clicking "Reply", a new mail is created with the sender in the To: field, but with the "Reply-to-all" template in the body. Both the buttons "Reply to author" as well as "Reply to all" work as expected and use the right template. I suppose the Reply action should work exactly as "Reply to sender" which would make this a bug. Regardless of how Reply should work on such an email - using just one person in the To: field and using the reply-to-all template does not make much sense. btw: why is there a "Reply to author"-button anyway if it works like "Reply" ? -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 160164] Groupware folders not created automatically when creating IMAP account
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160164 --- Comment #4 from2009-04-04 12:16:24 --- On KDE 4.2.1, i get a popup that asks me whether kmail should generate the folders. Upon agreeing, kmail generates the folders. They do not show up, unless the appropriate checkbox is unchecked in the settings, of course. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
