[Akonadi] [Bug 339910] New: Akonadi refuses to start after upgrade to 1.12.1-r1 because table akonadi.parttable could not be created
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339910 Bug ID: 339910 Summary: Akonadi refuses to start after upgrade to 1.12.1-r1 because table akonadi.parttable could not be created Product: Akonadi Version: 1.12.1 Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: grave Priority: NOR Component: server Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: forenham...@gmx.de I updated the akonadi-server package to version 1.12.1-r1 from the Gentoo repo. After rebooting the akonadi-server refuses to start. I use an internal MySql Server as a database backend. Starting the akonadi sever from a console using "akonadictl start" shows that creating the table akonadi.parttable fails. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Try to start akonadi-server or any PIM application that uses it Actual Results: See attached files below Expected Results: Akonadi server should start normally. Several people seemed to have encountered this bug. [Akonadi] [Bug 337127] New: Deleteing a iCal file resource spawns a lot of error messages

After using it for some time, I tried to delete it. Deletion was successful, however, a lot a of error messages were spawned. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create an iCal file resource using the above URL 2. open Korganizer and display calender item 3.Delete the iCal file resource Actual Results: A lot of error messages are spawned, probably one for each calender item stating: Error while trying to delete calendar item. Error was: No items found Th resource gets deleted however Expected Results: Delete the resource without spawning error messages There are calendar files that do not cause tis behaviour on my machine, e.g. http://www.kde.org/releaseschedule.ics -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs

[Akonadi] [Bug 316419] New: Filter action "move into folder" sometimes duplicates email
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316419 Bug ID: 316419 Summary: Filter action "move into folder" sometimes duplicates email Classification: Unclassified Product: Akonadi Version: 1.9.1 Platform: Gentoo Packages OS: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Mail Filter Agent Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Reporter: forenham...@gmx.de I have several filter working on incoming mails that move them into specific folders. I noticed that some emails appear twice in the destination folder. I experience this behaviour with roughly 40% of all emails subject to a "move into folder" filter action. I used the akonadi-console to further inspect the duplicated emails. I noticed that precisely one of the messaged possesses a Remoted ID. Sometimes the information in the RDF register is also different for such emails. I don't know if this information is useful. Some more information: 1. I use 4 POP3 mail accounts, no IMAP. 2. From time to time my network is quite slow, due to downloads. 3. AFAICT the issues does not occur on manual filtering Reproducible: Sometimes Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set up a filter utilizing the "move into folder" action (e.g. filter mails on a very active mailing list). Automatically apply filter on incoming mail Actual Results: Some messages are duplicated in the destination folder. Expected Results: Messages shouldn't be duplicated. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
[Bug 300472] New: Moving Mails between folders causes them to be recreated in source folder
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=300472 Bug ID: 300472 Severity: normal Version: 4.8.3 Priority: NOR Assignee: kdepim-bugs@kde.org Summary: Moving Mails between folders causes them to be recreated in source folder Classification: Unclassified OS: Linux Reporter: forenham...@gmx.de Hardware: Gentoo Packages Status: UNCONFIRMED Component: commands and actions Product: kmail2 I set up a new Gentoo system and encountered the following bug in Kmail2. Everytime I move an email from, say the inbox folder, to some other folder the email is moved correctly, at least initially. However, upon switching from to inbox folder to another folder and then back to the inbox folder, the harddrive is accessed and the email is recreated in the inbox folder resulting in two copies of the same mail in different folders. This behaviour is reproducible every time. Here is some more precise information about how I set up the machine. Maybe its helpful. 1) Installed KDE SC including KDE-PIM suite from gentoo's stable portage tree 2) started KDE and set up Akonadi resources, namely 4 "POP3 Email-Server"-resources 3) started kmail2 and imported messages from a backup Curiously, the behaviour described above only applies to newly received emails. Emails from the backup are not affected. Please let me now if I can provide more information. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
