The page list under feeds was also ghosted. This resolved itself when I clicked on the expander for feeds twice (to collapse/expand the subtree) -- proper page list appeared, and ghosting disappeared. But then the same thing happened with the feeds pages -- they were duplicated under calendar (again, node above what was duplicated). Again, collapsing and expanding the calendar node resolved it. Surprisingly, the problem didn't move up the tree (to the node above) that time though, and so everything was then OK.
