I was just going to write that I can still reproduce the problem. However, as embarrassing as it is, I just found out that what I described as a bug was a feature! (I just now realized that the described behavior only happens when I reply to a mail by hitting "a"... Just that "a" isn't the shortcut for a simple reply, but for a reply all... I have 2 accounts configured in kmail. 2. Copied a mail from one account to another account inbox. 3. Replied the copied mail. It placed sender's email in to but nothing in cc.
