[Bug 225606] kdepimlibs is too hard to build
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=225606 --- Comment #3 from Thomas Zander zander kde org 2010-02-24 11:31:11 --- I'm not convinced that the comment #2 is a correct diagnostic of the problem. What I'm seeing (I didn't verify, but I hope this sounds familiar) is that kdelibs compiles Nepomuk just fine and thus it looks to the naive user (me) that all is Ok. Then pimlibs complains about nepomuk missing. So I install some extra dependencies. Pimlibs never changes its mind. (I get frustrated and file a report). Then I recompile kdelibs and apparently the nepomuk I get now is a different one due to the extra dependencies found. kdepimlibs accepts nepomuk now. So the warning is that nepomuk is not found is misleading in that it *is* found, but its apparently detected that its not complete enough. I suggest that the detection explicitly says why this is (I still don't know) and give instructions to recompile kdelibs. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugs.kde.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email --- You are receiving this mail because: --- You are on the CC list for the bug. ___ Kdepim-bugs mailing list Kdepim-bugs@kde.org https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kdepim-bugs
