The tabbar in akregator uses the stock KDE shortcuts for switching. Konsole is
the exception. (because some commandline programs can use these default
shortcuts)
Most apps from the KDE community:
Ctrl +tab for next tab.
Ctrl +shift+tab for previous tab.
You can change these shortcuts if you want.
In akregator: Settings - Configure Shortcuts
For all applications: System Settings - Shortcuts and Gestures - Standard
Keyboard Shortcuts
