This issue is resolved. Configuration error in my OPNsense router was causing
an issue. All feeds are updating fine again.

work fine here.
Can you activate debug output
kdebugsettings => search akregator => full debug
=> search syndication => full debug.

After that start akregator in console.
Report error if it reports errors.
