(it was crashing in PimCommon::PurposeMenuWidget's destructor) And I can confirm that this commit fixes the original crash (when pimcommon is built without Purpose) here as well. Building pimcommon with Purpose does indeed fix this crash for me, but with the "Share Text" plugin enabled, kmail still crashes when the composer window is closed (with or without sending the mail)...
