No. Just install both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions to support both 32-bit and 64-bit apps. And last I tried it, the order they were installed mattered as one version would uninstall the other, but I don't remember which was which.

KFW 64-bit is for 64-bit applications. For 32-bit (WOW64) applications you install the 32-bit KFW on the 64-bit Windows machine.
