From: Bob Peterson on gitlab.com https://gitlab.com/cki-project/kernel-ark/-/merge_requests/1375#note_672260597 Hi Justin. I think I did something wrong. See comment above: "The source branch is 12666 commits behind the target branch" I'm going to close this MR and start over. ___ kernel mailing list -- kernel@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to kernel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/kernel@lists.fedoraproject.org Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure

From: Justin M. Forbes on gitlab.com https://gitlab.com/cki-project/kernel-ark/-/merge_requests/1375#note_672242647 While it looks like this MR needs to be rebased against current os-build (we rebase the tree after every upstream release), I am wondering if it is even worth merging. If this is scheduled for rc1 upstream, it means we will probably inherit it from Linus' tree before it could get acks. This tree stays up to date with Linus' tree within 24 hours. ___ kernel mailing list -- kernel@lists.fedoraproject.org To unsubscribe send an email to kernel-le...@lists.fedoraproject.org Fedora Code of Conduct: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/code-of-conduct/ List Guidelines: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Mailing_list_guidelines List Archives: https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/kernel@lists.fedoraproject.org Do not reply to spam on the list, report it: https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure
