After enw install my scanner Epson not work (Kernel 4.15.0-24) !!

Since you changed the location of the drivers in the kernel, it is no

I already had the same type of problems with the sound in Display Port
that was not working after the transition to the 4.15.0-20 kernel
I presume that all the equipment whose driver is not included in the
  kernel are affected

What are you doing ??!! You play sorcerer's apprentice on the back of your

[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1292059] Re: Xubuntu 14.04 screenresolution = 640*480 after installation

2014-03-14 Thread Bernard Decock
I downloaded the daily-build (32 bit) and the beta-1. I upgraded an
existing virtual machine with the last one. Ubiquity is running in the
right screen-resolution of 1024*768. After upgrading the virtual machine
booted with a 640*480 screen resolution. I installed then the daily
build into another virtual machine (I did a full install) and
encountered the same problem. Installation is ok, but you get a very
small window of 640*480 after starting up the virtual machine.

2014-04-14 Thread Bernard Decock
I installed virtualbox-additions 4.3.10-1 but the screen-resolution
remains 640*480. The package is installed (I checked that by means of
synaptics-package-manager).
