[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1801642] Re: Bluetooth mouse sleeps after 5 seconds of inactivity
btusb.enable_autosuspend=0 is a magic! Yay!!! Later I will try to permanent set it. P.S. Still wondering why Kernel (or linux-firmware?) upgrade bring this issue? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1801642 Title: Bluetooth mouse sleeps after 5 seconds of inactivity Status in linux package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: I'm having bluetooth mouse lag issue. After leaving it stationary for 5 seconds, I have to move it for 2 seconds before the pointer starts moving. I recently upgraded to Cosmic 3 days ago (from Bionic). There was no issue in the first 3 days, including after suspend/restart/shutdown. This issue only appears starting today. I tried: 1. Running 'bluetoothctl' and then 'scan off'. [Kernel-packages] [Bug 1769723] Re: Bionic update to v4.15.18 stable release
I am wondering why this update depends on intel-microcode and iucode- tool packages, while I am on AMD system for years without these packages... -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1769723 Title: Bionic update to v4.15.18 stable release Status in linux package in Ubuntu: In Progress Status in linux source package in Bionic: Fix Released Bug description: SRU Justification Impact: The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or a minimally backported form of that patch. The v4.15.18 upstream stable patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu kernel as well. git://git.kernel.org/ TEST CASE: TBD The following patches from the v4.15.18 stable release shall be applied: To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1769723/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages Post to : kernel-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~kernel-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
