2018-10-09 Thread Luka Goltnik
Wifi works with using rtl8821ce drivers found here:
https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce

As far as touchpad goes, it's still not working on 4.19.0-rc7, after
upgrading kernel today.

[Kernel-packages] [Bug 1791195] Re: Lenovo ideapad FLEX 6-14ARR no trackpad no touch/pen no wifi

2018-10-09 Thread Luka Goltnik
I have the same laptop, just different name (Yoga530), and touchpad and
touchscreen are still not working on 4.19-rc7.

Wifi works on kernels from 4.17 on, by using this driver:
https://github.com/tomaspinho/rtl8821ce

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS

Device wifi/bluetooth is hardlocked, proper drivers don't achieve
anything. The blacklist 'ideapad_laptop' workaround enables wifi but
disables other features important for use as a 2-in-1. Device uses
Synaptics touchpad but isn't functional. Touch/Stylus Screen is Wacom
AES but haven't been able to get Linux to identify it.
