On Medion Laptop S15549 (similar Hardware) the same problem occurs. After upgrading under Linux Mint 21.2 from kernel 6.2.0-31 to kernel 6.2.0-32 (and now -33) the boot stops right after the Medion picture shows on the screen during boot in very early stage.
