However, while the system is frozen, magic keys (reisub) are still functional. I noticed that this bug occurs mainly when I used my pc so active (file transfer, web browsing, video playback, etc). I left my pc on for several days without working on it and according to the system log, the bug has not manifested. [Kernel-packages] [Bug 1341997] Re: Radeon drivers extremely flaky
I confirm the bug on Ubuntu 14.10 with the following kernels: 3.14, 3.15, 3.16 The screen freezes, turns off as as it goes into standby. Once again, it returns itself after a few seconds, when time is completely blocked and you must use a hard reboot. I do not know if it's related but I found that the crash occurs often when using my web browser (chromium-browser) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1341997 Title: Radeon drivers extremely flaky Status in “linux” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: The drivers on AMD Radeon are extremely flaky now.
