Bug description:
  I am using an Asrock motherboard with A88X chipset to utilize Raid0 on
  2 hard drives. However I tried Ubuntu 13.10 and 14.4 versions and it
  keeps on seeing it as 2 separate hard drives.

  I expected Ubuntu to recognize the RAID 0 array. I can try to provide any 
information you may require for further debugging. So feel free to ask...

Hello,
I have attached the requested information using apport-collect.  Please advise 
on what other information you may need.
I had to make installation of Ubuntu to one of the drives of the RAID array to 
be able to run apport-collect. (it said command not found in installer console)
