  2. Try to select multiple files with one finger on the touchpad, hold the 
left button and hover the cursor across them.
  3. Try to select multiple files with holding the left button first, then put 
one finger on the touchpad, hover the cursor across them.

  Expected result:
  * Should be able to select multiple files with step 2 and 3

  Actual result:
  * Multiple file selection only works in step 3

I can't reporoduce this on 3.16.0-29 kernel, can't reproduce this after revert 
back to 3.13.0-43 as well.
Maybe it's just a glitch.

I can't reporoduce this on 3.16.0-29 kernel, can't reproduce this after revert 
back to 3.13.0-44 as well.
Maybe it's just a glitch.
