I have found that Packard Bell EN TF71BM is direct clone of Acer ES1-511. Both ones use the same BIOS. At the moment I use clean Debian Jessie (stable) on Intel Bay Trail platform (N2830) without any problem. Everything is okay. I had to switch in the BIOS touchpad into basic mode. In the bios there are two setting for touch pad: advanced and basic Now (3.16.00-45) touchpad works well in advanced mode but when I set basic mode in bios system hangs at start.
