I guessed it was in BIOS, too. First I tried modifying configurations (such as Fast Boot) and then updating. None of them worked. The only explanation I can find for this bug is a BIOS flaw. I would try to update the BIOS from the manufacturer website and see if the bug goes away. After doing so, or after finding that updating is not possible, please set this bug status back to "confirmed".
